A UI/UX Designer is responsible for the Website, Mobile App UI, UX design quality, and improve company standards.

We would like to welcome someone who has strong Guts, IT Basic knowledge, and Experience as a UI/UX Designer.

We are seeking for someone who can work with us for the long-term (minimum 2-year contract).

Besides the Designer’s task, responsibility includes communicating with the HTML Coding team, Programmer team, Sales team, Report to Director, etc.
We would like to welcome someone who is experienced in UI/UX Design, team management, project management.

Responsibility:
– Manage the team from a Design point and mental point
– Communicate with other teams to process the project smoothly
– Make UI, UX Design for our client website, mobile app
– Review junior’s design quality and improve their skill

Competency:
– Have a good understanding of UI, UX
– Knowledge of Design theory and skill to use a design tool like Photoshop, Adobe XD etc.
– Business level English is required
– Communication & Management skill to work with other staff
– Discipline in working and has high morality sense

Qualification:
– Minimum Bachelor (D4/S1) degree from a reputable university.
– Minimum 3 years of working experience in the design field.

We would like to work together with someone who can match with the Japanese style discipline integrating the young and fun culture in Bali.

Website System Development, Smartphone Game Development

Developing Code: PHP, Java, Javascript, etc.

Knowladge: MySQL, Linux, Windows, Apache

A project manager is responsible for the task such as “Contact and negotiate to client”, “Make and Manage Timeline”, “Make system document”, “Email setting” etc.

The ideal person for this position is a person who has strong Guts, IT Basic knowledge, basic programming. Experience as PM are plus.

You can get 3 months of training from our Japanese Director and Project Manager.
We would ask the employee to work for the long-term (minimum 2-year contract).

Beside PM work, responsibility include communicate with Design team, Sales team, Report to Director etc.
To be successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in programming, team management, project management.

Responsibility:
– Manage the team from technical point and mental point
– Communicate with Client to process the project smoothly
– Be a bridge of Project Management Team, Mobile App Team, Design Team, Sales Team and Client
– Doing unit testing for the application to minimized the bugs

Competency:
– Have a good understanding of system development business
– Knowledge of PHP, Vue.js, Testing, Project Management, Server, Database
– Business level English is required
– Communication & Management skill to work with other staff
– Basic discipline, morality, mindset

Qualification:
– Minimum Bachelor (D4/S1) degree of Computer Science or Software Engineering from reputable university
– Minimum 3 years working experience in IT business
– Minimum 1 year Team Leader, Manager position and have the ability to lead and influence others
– Experience of Programming, Project management
